Case Study · Demand Generation
When you sell into one vertical, your whole market is a list. The only question is whether you have covered it.

The company sold into a single vertical. That made its total addressable market finite and countable at roughly 5,000 accounts, every one of them nameable in advance.
So this was never a targeting problem. There was no clever segment to find. The constraint was reach: covering the whole list at a standard worth replying to.
What we did
The Industry
This client builds software for a single industry. That one fact governs almost everything about how the company has to grow, and it separates vertical software from horizontal software far more than the product does.
In a horizontal market, the addressable market is an estimate. You model it, you argue about the assumptions, and you never reach the end of it. In a vertical market, the addressable market is a list of named companies that somebody could count. Here it came to roughly 5,000 accounts. Every one of them is identifiable, reachable, and either a customer, a prospect, or a competitor's customer.
Two things follow. Growth is capped by coverage rather than by market size, so a company can be at the ceiling of its market and still be small, and the only honest growth question is what percentage of the list has actually been worked. Sampling a vertical market is not research. It is leaving accounts uncontacted.
The second is that every competitor is working the same finite list, and the industry talks to itself through associations, conferences and referral. Relevance and timing carry more weight than volume, because the same buyer will hear from several vendors and remember the one that understood the industry.
That is why the engagement treated the entire 5,000 as the working set rather than a sample. In a market this shape, coverage is the strategy.
How we work with B2B SaaSWorking With Us
Whatever the problem turns out to be, the shape of the work does not change.
The diagnosis comes before any proposal. You see the problem sized before you commit to anything.
Written, bounded, and agreed up front. No open ended retainer, and no scope that grows on its own.
The people who scope the work are the people who do it, at a fraction of the cost of a senior hire.
A single lead is accountable for the outcome, so you always know who to ask.
A finite market can be covered completely.
The constraint was never which accounts to pick. It was reaching all of them at a standard worth replying to.
Tell us where your revenue or operations are falling short. We will audit the issue and return with a clear plan, before any engagement begins.
